Hours:
• 1st shift: Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm. 2nd shift 3:30pm-12am
• Some weekends & overtime
Compensation:
• $17-$18.00 based on experience.
Duties include:
• lifting up to 40lbs (applicators/wire reels)
• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Inspect parts with precision and reading detail blueprints
• Test operation of machines periodically
• train production operators on basic machine operation and safety
• Check output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws
• use calibrated micrometers, calipers, and pull-testers to verify product integrity.
• Document set up parameters and tool life data
Required experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the setup, operations and troubleshooting of automated industrial or production machinery,
• prior experience specifically with automated wire processing machines.
• HSD/GED Technical Certification in Mechatronics or IPC-A-620 are a major plus.
