SUMMARY

Responsible for the production output including basic repair, cleaning, and troubleshooting of basic machine faults. Ability to work quickly to maintain high production levels and know when to escalate problems with the machine to supervisors. Operate the equipment in a safe manner with quality and safety in mind.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, air guns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliances

Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands

Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly

Report any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisor

Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects

Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment

Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed

Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas

Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions

Adhere to the policies and procedures.

Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

Requirements:

HSD/GED required

Resume required

Mechanical aptitude

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of manufacturing process

Able to cope with pressure and be a team player

• Maintain set up throughout entire process.

• Cut extrusion at proper lead location prior to transfer onto high heat table, ensure a clean transfer.

Essential Physical Functions:

Job Description: Warehouse Worker (Automotive Parts) 1st Shift

Location: Madison, AL | Shift: 1st (7:00 AM-3:30 PM) | Pay: $17.00/hour

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support an incoming and outgoing automotive parts operation in Madison, Alabama. This role is responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping parts while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound automotive parts and verify counts, part numbers, and condition against paperwork/system.
• Label, sort, and stock parts to assigned locations (put-away) and maintain organized storage areas.
• Pick orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanner; stage orders for outbound shipments.
• Pack and prepare shipments; apply labels and documentation per shipping requirements.
• Load/unload trucks using pallet jack, cart, or forklift (if certified/assigned).
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control; report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all warehouse safety procedures (PPE, lifting, equipment use).
• Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including returns processing and basic housekeeping.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to read labels, part numbers, and shipping documents accurately.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for counting and verifying inventory.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 1st shift hours (7:00 AM- 3:30 PM).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with daily production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience.
• Experience using RF scanners/WMS systems.
• Forklift experience and/or certification (sit-down or stand-up) a plus.
• Knowledge of common automotive part types and packaging standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and around moving equipment.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay rate is $17.00/hour. Schedule is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Warehouse Worker to support an incoming and outgoing automotive parts operation in Madison, Alabama. This role is responsible for receiving, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping parts while maintaining accuracy, safety, and productivity standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive inbound automotive parts and verify counts, part numbers, and condition against paperwork/system.
• Label, sort, and stock parts to assigned locations (put-away) and maintain organized storage areas.
• Pick orders accurately using pick lists or RF scanner; stage orders for outbound shipments.
• Pack and prepare shipments; apply labels and documentation per shipping requirements.
• Load/unload trucks using pallet jack, cart, or forklift (if certified/assigned).
• Perform cycle counts and assist with inventory control; report discrepancies promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow all warehouse safety procedures (PPE, lifting, equipment use).
• Support general warehouse tasks as needed, including returns processing and basic housekeeping.

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• Ability to read labels, part numbers, and shipping documents accurately.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail for counting and verifying inventory.
• Reliable attendance and ability to work 1st shift hours (7:00 AM- 3:30 PM).
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment with daily production goals.

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience.
• Experience using RF scanners/WMS systems.
• Forklift experience and/or certification (sit-down or stand-up) a plus.
• Knowledge of common automotive part types and packaging standards.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Ability to work in varying warehouse temperatures and around moving equipment.

Compensation & Schedule

Pay rate is $17.00/hour. Schedule is 1st shift, Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-3:30 PM. Overtime may be available based on business needs.

2. Quality and Compliance:

•    Read and correctly interpret the drawing provided for the job, including pin-outs, processes, and any special instructions, to ensure the assembly is built correctly.

•    Understand the required quality standard and perform visual checks on components and completed work to ensure conformance

•    Immediately notify the Manual Assembly Lead or Supervisor of any discrepancies in materials, drawings, or quality issues.

•    Adhere to all line cleanliness standards and material control practices to prevent component cross-contamination.

Required experience:

•    High School Diploma or GED preferred.

•    Prior experience in a manufacturing or production environment, especially in manual assembly or electronics assembly, is a plus.
