Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM

We are seeking dependable General Laborers for a door manufacturing company in Boaz, AL. This is a hands-on production position supporting door stacking, assembly, glue line operations, and other general labor duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Job Duties

• Stack doors and materials according to production needs.
• Assist with door assembly and glue line duties.
• Move, handle, and organize materials throughout the production area.
• Support team members with general manufacturing tasks as assigned.
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and organized.
• Follow company safety procedures and supervisor instructions at all times.

Requirements

• Must be able to stand for the entire shift.
• Must be comfortable working in a hot, dirty, and dusty manufacturing environment.

Schedule Details

The current schedule is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM. Candidates must be flexible and willing to transition to 2nd shift if business needs change once that shift starts.

Position Summary

The Electrical & Instrumentation Technician is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, repairing, and supporting electrical and instrumentation systems within an industrial manufacturing environment. This role helps ensure safe, reliable, and efficient plant operations by maintaining plant power distribution, process control equipment, field instruments, and related systems while following all company safety, quality, GMP, food safety, EMT, and SOP requirements.

Qualifications and Education

• Associate of Science degree in Electrical/Instrument Engineering Technology or a related two-year technical degree preferred.
• Equivalent work experience may be considered in place of formal education.
• HVAC certification is a plus.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of two (2) years of experience as an Electrical & Instrument Technician in an industrial manufacturing environment.
• Experience in chemical manufacturing is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with field instruments, PLCs, DCS, pneumatic systems, conveying systems, compressors, heat exchangers, underwater strand granulators, agitators, chillers, fuel-fired furnace heaters, motors, and process equipment is desired.
• Ability to read, understand, and revise electrical drawings.
• Ability to support a twenty-four-seven plant operation, including overtime, call-ins, shutdowns, and special projects as needed.

Key Responsibilities

Temporary Data Entry Specialist

Location: Decatur, AL
Duration: 3 months or longer, with potential opportunity to become long term
Pay: $19.25 per hour

Position Summary

Under general supervision, the Temporary Data Entry Specialist performs a broad range of administrative and data support duties for customer service and warehouse operations. This role is responsible for processing orders, entering sales orders, recording receipts and receiving activity, supporting reporting needs, and entering testing results with a high level of accuracy. The position helps maintain efficient workflow, supports cross-functional coordination, and ensures data is entered and tracked in a timely manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Work primarily with customer service and warehouse teams to support day-to-day order processing activities.
• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Enter sales orders and update order information in internal systems.
• Perform high-volume data entry related to receipts, receiving, and order receipts.
• Compile and enter data for reports, including testing results and related documentation.

Required Education and Experience

Textile Manufacturing Positions – Decatur, AL

We are hiring for multiple positions at a textile manufacturing facility in Decatur, Alabama. Candidates must be flexible to work assigned shifts as needed. A high school diploma or GED is required for all openings. Starting pay rate is $18.00 per hour. These roles support a fast-paced manufacturing environment focused on safety, quality, teamwork, and reliable attendance.

Current Openings

• Mill 2 – Creeler: 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, 2nd Shift. Responsible for supplying and loading yarn or materials to support continuous machine operation, monitoring creels, and maintaining an organized work area.
• Material Handler: Prior experience required. 12-hour day shift on a 3-2-2 schedule, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. Responsible for moving materials safely and efficiently, supplying production lines, staging finished goods, and supporting inventory flow.
• Machine Operator: 12-hour shift, day or night, 6:00–6:00. Responsible for operating textile manufacturing equipment, monitoring production quality, making basic adjustments, and reporting mechanical or quality issues promptly.

Qualifications and Work Environment

Qualified candidates should have strong attention to detail, the ability to follow work instructions, and a commitment to workplace safety. Previous manufacturing or textile experience is helpful for all roles and required for the Material Handler position. Candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift and move materials as needed, and work effectively in a production setting with varying temperatures, noise levels, and moving equipment.

Availability Requirement: Applicants must be shift flexible and able to work the assigned schedule, including day, night, weekday, or rotating schedules based on position and business needs.
