We are seeking a dependable and skilled Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the apartment community while providing excellent service to residents.

Key Responsibilities:Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner

Perform repairs related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, and general maintenance

Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including repairs, painting, cleaning, and inspections

Conduct routine preventive maintenance on buildings, equipment, and common areas

Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of grounds, amenities, and shared spaces

Respond to after-hours or emergency maintenance calls as needed

Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and company policies

Previous apartment maintenance or general maintenance experience required
Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to lift, carry, and move maintenance equipment and materials as needed
