Compensation:

• $16/hr Starting pay

Position Summary:

• Work on the production line with consistent speed and accuracy

• Ensure that production requirements and standards are met consistently

• Make every effort to increase productivity and efficiency without

compromising quality

• Complete packaging tasks such as box assembly, packing, and taping

• Operate machinery correctly and maintain it with care

• Report any machinery issues to management

• Work cooperatively with the production team to meet quotas and goals

• Maintain a clean and safe work area

• Observe all safety guidelines and report safety concerns to management

• Follow all written and verbal instructions

• Attend all safety and production trainings

• Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude

• Able to work overtime as needed, including nights and weekends

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• 2+ years’ experience working in industrial production is strongly preferred

• Flexible schedule and willingness to work 2nd and 3rd shift preferred

• Capable of reading and understanding production documents and safety

manuals

• Basic math, reading, and writing skills

• Basic computer skills

• Good communication skills

• Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times

• Physically capable of manual labor that includes lifting, bending, and reaching

• Able to operate large industrial machinery

• Able to lift 50lbs on a regular basis

• Able to work 8hour shifts standing

• Reliable and punctual

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team

• Perform other duties as assigned

Hours:

•  1st shift   (7am – 7pm)

Compensation:

• $17.00/hr

Duties include:

•            Works in a team environment and is responsible for supporting the routine operations of at least one production line. This role is responsible for prepping and packaging the product for transit, keeping an accurate count of the product produced on the shift, monitoring quality and maintaining an organized safe work area.  Associate may also perform basic machine operation to support production line.

Requirements include:

• Standing for long periods of time.
• Attention to detail.
• Bending, Stooping, Twisting.
• Working in fast-paced environment.
• Work well with others.

Required experience:

High School diploma or GED required.

Previous experience in manufacturing environment highly desired.

Able to lift boxes, tooling and other objects as needed.

Able to stoop and bend over.

Able to follow directions and to adhere to company processes, procedures and policies.
