Duties include:

• Operating the Dump Truck: Driving the truck safely and efficiently to and from job sites.

• Transporting Materials: Hauling materials such as dirt, gravel, rocks, sand, and construction debris.

• Loading and Unloading: Assisting with the loading and unloading of materials, sometimes using the truck's hydraulic system.

• Dumping Materials: Operating the dump truck's mechanism to release the load at the designated location.

• Vehicle Maintenance: Performing routine checks and maintenance on the truck, including oil, tires, and brakes.

• Safety: Adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations, ensuring the vehicle is in good working condition, and reporting any issues.

• Paperwork: Completing necessary paperwork related to deliveries and vehicle maintenance.

• Communication: Communicating with dispatchers and other personnel on the job site.

Requirements include:

Job Description:

The Accounts Payable Clerk is responsible for providing financial, administrative and clerical services. This includes processing and monitoring payments and expenditures. Providing these services in an effective and efficient manner will ensure that vendors and suppliers are paid within established time limits.

Responsibility
Finance & Accounting Responsibilities:

Perform the day to day processing of accounts payable transactions to ensure that municipal finances are maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.

Receive and verify invoices and requisitions for goods and services

Verify that transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

Prepare batches of invoices for data entry

Data enter invoices for payment

Process backup reports after data entry

Manage the weekly check run. Record all checks and list all vendor checks in the log book and prepare manual check as and when required

Prepare vendor checks for mailing

Maintain listing of accounts payable, the general ledger, and updated vendor files and file numbers

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor geopolitical trends and their implications for trade policies

Screen transactions against Sanction Party Lists to mitigate risks

Oversee daily trade compliance operations across the US, Canada, and EU

Develop and manage tariff databases
