Summary:

Will be answering phones, handling email correspondence, will be the main contact for customers, handling order entry, and completing yarn inventory.  At times will assist in staging yarn onto carts and for winders to complete.  

Responsibilities

• Customer relations: maintaining good working relationships with all customers, informing customers of order updates, responding to requests/emails in a timely manner.
• Shipping coordination: logistics for all shipments; coordinating with customer requests for both incoming and outgoing.
• Production control: keeping open lines of communication with the lab and Plant Manager about production (orders to be dyed, when approved, to be shipped); scheduling purchase orders, entering orders in DiSys and sending orders to the floor as required.
• Maintain daily with accuracy all changes the Dye and Finishing Scheduling Excel spreadsheet.  Provide the Plant Manager with this schedule three times per week; or when he requests it.
• Inventory management: documenting receipt of yarn lots; keeping record of pulled yarn and dyed yarn; reporting to customers the status of yarn lot balances each month as well as updating specific Customers files on the shared drive as well.
• Maintain daily with accuracy the Yarn Inventory Excel spreadsheet that details orders, pull dates, dye dates, billing information and so forth.  In addition to reviewing PYD’s inventory balances weekly and advising Management if our yarn lots are getting low.
• Pricing Maintenance: Ensuring prices being charged match current price lists; updating customers of any pricing changes.
• Submit completed orders and shipping documentation to Accounting in a timely manner.
• Advising management of any order, inventory or Customer issues when they arise.
• Assist Office Manager as necessary with month-end tasks and general office duties, as assigned.

Requirements:

• HSD/GED required
• Advanced Excel knowledge required including pivot tables (will be tested)
• Inventory experience needed

SUMMARY

Responsible for the production output including basic repair, cleaning, and troubleshooting of basic machine faults. RESPONSIBILITIES

Ensure cleanliness of machine and machine components by making use of hose, airguns, IPA, cloths, vacuum and other appliances

Ensure line maintains productivity levels needed to meet production demands

Quickly address machine faults and alarms and resolve them quickly

Report any issues requiring a technician to the line supervisor

Produce products that meet quality standards with minimal defects

Monitor standard equipment settings and escalate deviations for adjustment

Help equipment technicians repair the equipment if needed

Help other operators during breaktimes and flexibility to cover other work areas

Ability to follow standardized work and not deviate from SOP and work instructions

Adhere to the policies and procedures.

Perform other duties and special projects, as assigned by management.

Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician. This role is responsible for performing general maintenance and repairs on residential units and common areas. The ideal candidate will take pride in their work, provide exceptional service to residents, and ensure the property is well-maintained and move-in ready at all times.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic appliance, electrical, and plumbing repairs

• Repair fixtures, switches, outlets, and circuits

• Address minor plumbing issues such as clogs and replacing fittings

• Complete carpentry tasks including door adjustments, shelving, window repairs, and interior/exterior painting

• Replace damaged items such as glass, tile, carpet, blinds, garbage disposals, light fixtures, appliances, and locks

• Maintain accurate records of work orders, preventative maintenance, renovations, and inventory

• Assist with move-in and move-out inspections

• Complete make-ready procedures for vacant units

• Conduct scheduled preventative maintenance per manufacturer guidelines

• Identify water and gas shut-offs, sewer clean-outs, and other utility controls

• Ensure storage areas are secured and properly lit

• Follow OSHA, Fair Housing, ADA, and company safety guidelines at all times

• Maintain professional and courteous interactions with residents, vendors, and team members

• Assist with tracking maintenance materials and equipment usage

• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High school diploma or vocational training preferred

• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

• Ability to bend, lift, climb stairs/ladders, and operate hand tools regularly
