• Complete document requirements for verification of completed assemblies.

• Maintain supply components at workstation.

• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
• Participate in the Warehouse HPT and 5S duties.

Buyer

Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Buyer to support purchasing and supply chain operations. This role is responsible for procuring materials, components, and services required to meet production schedules while maintaining cost, quality, and delivery standards.

The Buyer will collaborate closely with production control, inside sales, suppliers, and other internal teams to ensure materials are available when needed and inventory levels are effectively managed. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, takes ownership of their work, and understands the impact purchasing has on on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Purchase materials, components, and supplies based on production requirements, MRP signals, and inventory levels
• Issue purchase orders and confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines with suppliers
• Monitor open purchase orders and proactively follow up on past-due or at-risk deliveries
• Communicate material availability, shortages, and risks to production control, inside sales, and planning teams
• Work with suppliers to resolve delivery issues, quality concerns, and discrepancies
• Maintain accurate purchasing data, pricing, and supplier information in the ERP system
• Support inventory management by balancing material availability with excess and obsolete risk
• Assist with sourcing new suppliers and evaluating supplier performance (cost, quality, delivery)
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts related to purchasing processes, lead times, and cost reduction

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or higher preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Effective written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and standard office software

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of purchasing or buyer experience in a manufacturing environment
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems
• Understanding of lead times, BOMs, and production-driven purchasing
• Experience working closely with production control or planning teams
• Familiarity with supplier negotiations and cost management
• Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications preferred

Job Description: Manufacturing Plant Medication Packager

Location: Boaz, AL
Shift: 1st Shift, 7:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday

We are seeking dependable team members to work in a manufacturing plant environment packaging bulk medication for distribution. This role is responsible for handling product carefully, following established procedures, maintaining quality standards, and helping keep production running safely and efficiently throughout the shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Package bulk medication according to production instructions and quality standards.
• Sort, inspect, label, and prepare medication orders for shipment or further processing.
• Operate packaging equipment and assist with line setup, material loading, and basic changeovers as assigned.

Machine Operators & Programmers

Now hiring Machine Operators and Programmers for an electronic connector manufacturing facility serving the Guntersville/Arab area. We have 1st and 2nd shift openings available with starting pay of $15-$17 per hour, based on experience, skills, and shift placement. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday, with overtime including Saturdays required at times. 1st shift hours are 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and 2nd shift hours are 3:30 p.m. to 12:00 a.m.

In this role, team members will support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment by operating production equipment, monitoring quality, completing line changeovers, and helping ensure electronic connectors are produced safely and efficiently to customer specifications. Programmers will also assist with machine setup, parameter adjustments, troubleshooting, and maintaining accurate production settings for automated equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, monitor, and adjust manufacturing equipment used in the production of electronic connectors.
• Set up machines at the beginning of each shift and perform changeovers as needed.
• Load materials, inspect parts, and verify finished products meet quality and production standards.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and escalate maintenance concerns when needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Operate production machinery and equipment in an automotive manufacturing environment.

• Lift materials and components up to 40 pounds as needed.

Shift Details
