Hours:
· Monday –Thursday 10hr shifts 1st Shift
· Some weekends
Compensation for Grinder/Welders:
· $18.00 hr.
· Temp-to-hire opportunity $1.00 pay increase after 90days
Duties include:
· Safely operate and maintain air supplied grinder (adding oil, changing out grinding rocks/discs, RPM checks, etc.)
· Monitor work to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements
· Remove worn components
· Load and unload machines with material
· Grind and buff material in preparation for additional process
· Complete daily production reports and preform daily inspection of equipment
Required experience:
· Prior welding experience and/or certification is required
