Production Associate - Paper Plate Manufacturing

We are hiring Production Associates for a manufacturing company that produces paper plates in Albertville, AL. This is a great opportunity for dependable team members who are comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment and following safety and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Operate production equipment used to manufacture and package paper plates.
- Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Load materials, monitor machine operation, and keep the line running efficiently.
- Pack finished products and prepare them for shipment.
- Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe.
- Follow all workplace safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment.
Requirements
- Steel toe boots are required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and work 12-hour shifts.
- Ability to work in a manufacturing environment and follow instructions.
- Strong attendance, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Previous production or manufacturing experience is helpful, but not required.
- Tobacco-free candidates are preferred. No smoking, vaping, or dipping is allowed on company property or in company vehicles, and associates must be able to remain tobacco-free for the full 12-hour shift.
Schedule
- Monday-Sunday, 42-hour work week.
- Three 12-hour shifts and one 6-hour shift every seven days.
- Two weekends per month are required.
- 12-hour swing shifts from 6:00 to 6:00.
- Three paid 30-minute breaks per shift.
Compensation
Production Associates: $15.00 per hour
