Steel Manufacturing Laborer

Guntersville, AL | Starting Pay: $19/hr | 1st Shift

We are hiring dependable, hard-working individuals for a steel manufacturing labor position in Guntersville, AL. This is a physically demanding role that may include a variety of production and material-handling duties in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Schedule

  • Monday–Thursday: 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday: 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.
  • 1st shift position

Job Duties

  • Perform general labor duties in a steel manufacturing environment
  • Sand, stack, move, and handle metal materials as needed
  • Assist with various production tasks based on daily needs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work area
  • Follow all safety procedures and supervisor instructions
  • Lift, carry, bend, stand, and perform repetitive physical tasks throughout the shift

Requirements

  • Must be able to perform labor-intensive work
  • Must be reliable and able to work the full scheduled shift
  • Steel-toe boots are required
  • Manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is preferred but not required
  • Must be able to work safely around metal materials and equipment

Compensation

Starting pay is $19.00 per hour.
