Duties

Perform routine inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance on mechanical systems, HVAC units, refrigeration equipment, and kitchen appliances.
Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes efficiently.
Repairing damaged electrical wiring caused by shorts or severed lines
Install, calibrate, and upgrade appliances and mechanical systems to meet operational standards.
Operate company vehicles safely for on-site repairs or equipment deliveries as needed.
Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs performed, and system performance logs.
Respond promptly to emergency repair requests to minimize downtime and ensure safety compliance.
Conduct inspections of mechanical systems to identify potential issues before they escalate

Experience:

Proven experience as a Service Technician or Maintenance Technician with a strong background in appliance repair, HVAC/R systems, refrigeration, Electrical and mechanical systems repair.
Demonstrated ability to read schematics, technical manuals, and blueprints for troubleshooting complex equipment.
Hands-on experience with HVAC system repair, air conditioning units, kitchen equipment maintenance, and appliance installation.
Knowledge of maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) practices within commercial or industrial settings.
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Leadership qualities that enable effective teamwork and supervision when necessary.
Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely is preferred.
